The Portland Chapter of the Customer Relationship Management Association
(CRMA) provides the premier informational forum for business professionals
who are interested in development, management and execution of
Customer Relationship Management (CRM). We are vendor neutral.
The Portland Customer Relationship Management Association is a
member-driven organization focused on helping businesses leverage
their investments in CRM solutions and technologies. We promote
an environment fostering educational and networking opportunities
for those involved with customer relationship management efforts
within their companies.
